Hi,
I’m Heidi. Welcome to my website.
I’m a passionate adventurer and enjoyer of life. However, this hasn’t always been the case. My wellbeing journey has had its ups and downs, from achieving goals to experiencing burnout. The latest burnout in 2017 was the last straw for me, and I decided it would be the last one. Since then, I’ve been working on my mindset, attitude towards life, and getting to know myself better – understanding what I want and what truly brings me wellbeing. I can confidently say that it involves much more than just nutrition and exercise. This is also what I emphasize in my coaching. A healthy, well-functioning, and resilient body is the foundation of both my personal practice and coaching.
I feel most at home in nature and in the light, I love coffee, pizza, literature, and I live for music – I even collect vinyl records, which is one of my passions.
My training is based on strength training, weightlifting, Crossfit, and most recently, running. My workouts are varied, and I listen closely to my body. My passion for wellbeing, staying current, my personal journey, and practical experience make my coaching diverse, inspiring, and undoubtedly professional.
BODY AND MIND INTEGRATED.
Wellbeing is a combination of physical, mental, and emotional balance, and achieving it requires time, patience, and the right kind of support.
I ALSO HAVE GOALS IN MY COACHING
My goal is to support you in reaching your wellbeing goals, whether it’s physical fitness, mental wellbeing, or both – and to do so sustainably. My aim is to help you understand that wellbeing and life are so much more than just exercise and nutrition. Believe me, even my life doesn’t revolve around these, despite working in this field. Yet, it’s still possible to stay mentally and physically in great shape year-round.
I believe that wellbeing should be taken seriously, but not too seriously. It’s important to me that my clients enjoy the journey towards better wellbeing. In my coaching, I don’t use harshness or strict rules – I want you to feel motivated and inspired.
MENTAL COACHING – THE KEY TOOL FOR CHANGE
Mental coaching is a key part of my work. The key to making and sustaining change always starts in the mind. I use mental coaching tools and techniques to help you find the motivation and endurance needed to reach your goals. Change doesn’t happen overnight, and making lasting change requires the right support and the courage to face yourself mentally as well.
